WE went for an infopass as well. They told us the same thing. They did tell us to have the employer fill out a form and have them send it to Atl. It was worth it for us to pay the extra 100 dollars to fly through jfk because Renato can keep working :)

edited to say: I am glad we went and made the infopass instead of just listening to everyone else. We figured it was worht a try and the worst thing that could happen is they say no!!!!
