:dance::dance: Good Luck :dance::dance:

I wanted to know if the letter from my employer is needed if pay stubs are submitted. I have never received an RFE for the verfication from my employer. I sent all the information requested from the I-864 form but I did not see where it stated that. I know that they required the certified copy of the marriage certificate not the one we were given at the ceremony, which I will go and get on Monday. :unsure:

On the same topic,

I am on a K1 visa and am getting together my AOS package and I have a question...

on the I-485 form it states copies of passport pages etc. to be enclosed.... does that solely mean just the page with the K1 visa on it and the biogeographical page, or does that include other pages with ALL entry stamps to the USA??

also some people in the past have included a copy of the nonimmigrant visa and fiance approval (I-797) and copy of the I-485 with the temp EAD form I-765.... is that strictly necessary???

especially as I am filing them together..... I can't see anywhere on the instructions that these extra docs need to be filed with the I-765.

thanks everyone

Paul

Good luck!!!!!!

My interview is in one month and I was wondering... I arrived in January and I've only worked since May (with my EAD). Now, I've been paid stipends and I know those must be declared for tax effects... do I need to present any of that for the interview? I have the feeling that it has nothing to do with it, but I must ask you, just in case...
