hi to all vjer's member's!

just wanna know who are the april 2009 filer's of I-130 petiton here, Lets share each other experiences so we can give encouragement to each other, coz i know waiting time is so hard, for me whenever i look on the uscis site to check about my status it really frustrate me :crying: :crying: coz its been 3 months since we received the NOA1 and until now NOA2 is not yet arrived, and our status still pending, but when i look on the other post of the other vjer's member here they got their NOA2 that fast?!

so that's why im asking here if there is anyone here who had the same situation like mine? MAY GODBLESS US ALL!!!

I think the K-1's at this time are going faster than the IR-1/CR-1 petitions. We shall see the waiting is so tough.

I see you are from Pampanga and so is my wife. I think we were at the SM Clark mall almost daily just to soak some of the aircon up.

My I 130 received date is on March 26,09 and received NOA1 on March 31st 2009. I am still waiting for my NOA2. This is so crazy that USCIS make people wait this long for process paperwork. They need to hire more people to do paperwork, this is crazy for love ones to be waiting for so long. I am in the same boat as you, so hopefully...they will speed up a bit.
