What to put on a timeline for interview?

I've looked at the list of requested documents for interview at HCM Consulate and could not find the "timeline" that a lot of post has mentioned about.

_ Please tell me what this timeline is? Is this the relationship timeline, like when we met, when we started dating, when we get married, etc?

_ Does it have to be notarized?

_ Where is the notary office in HCM?
