My daughter is four and as such required to have been vacinated for Hepatitis B. There are three doses given over 6 months, will they give me her visa if she's only had 2 doses? Or will I have to wait the whole 6 months before they grant her her visa?

I think you will be ok, My fiancee is in the middle of getting her Hep B regiment. I was worried that we may receive her visa before her inoculations were done. From what most ppl have told me on here is as long as she is actively receiving her regiments then they will let her finish in the US. I may be wrong though.

Since this question is in the running now. Sorry jau for bursting into your thread with my own question. Here in Holland people only get hep B when theyre born after 2003. So do I still have to go get one or is this unneccassary? Thanks

My husband (then fiance) was able to get his visa before he'd received the third Hep B vaccination; he then had the third dose when he arrived here in the US. We had the same question and an immigration lawyer friend of ours told us that USCIS doesn't expect folks to have had all three before issuing the visa.

I had to get my son his hep B shot for the medical they only needed to see that he got his first shot, the second one was given before the interview but was not on his medical and we got his visa. We didnt even add the 2nd and 3rd shot to the AOS package and we were approved. He had the shots we just didn't think to add em.
