Has anyone else else seen this? he company that breeds them/developed the breed on another clip seems nto be based in California :unsure:

Well aside from the ethics of its size and genetic origin (sevil/lepord/house cat mix) would you pay over $20,000 on a cat? wow I have cats an i know they cat get expensive, (cat bills here, trashed stuff there) but hell i thought it was cheeky charging 25 gbps for a moggy kitten. :unsure:

i think this is the clip that mentions the comapny and where they are located it seems to run like an infomercial for the cats. :unsure:

$20K is crazy (I was surprised that a guy I bumped into when I was running the other night paid $800 for a Chiahuahua!).

We got two perfectly good cats from the humane society - pretty much give them away for free!

yeh i thought my sister was nuts for buying a completely plain moggy kitten for over 20 quid three or four weeks ago. i mean i know pedigre cats and dogs can go for loadsa money but blimey i didn't think there was a cat out there worth $22,000

I think some would pay quite a lot for those cats that are being bred non allergic - but not just because - although of course some still do that also. Quite nuts, but in the free market, anything goes :)
