Do they mean any other name I might be using NOW? or ever did?? I'm assuming they mean now, but I just wanted to be sure. The name I'm using now is on all my i.d.

I-129F is for fiancee visas or K-3 OPTION, you posted this to the IR-1/CR-1 forum, this visa type does not use I-129F.

Other names used if for prior names like maiden names, or names from prior marriages.

Other names used would refer to if you ever had a different name... perhaps if you had ever been married before and changed your name, or you changed your legal name when you were a kid or something like that.

Right, they want to know any names you have ever used besides the one you are currently know as. I was adopted as a child, so I put my original last name in that box.
