We received our NOA2 on June 30th... do you know how long it typically takes to receive the Packet 3?

I got mine pretty quickly after the NOA2. You should get it soon since your signature says it was shipped to Montreal only on July 7th.

My first one didnt show up, the second only took 3 days to get to me. I would recommend emailing the consulate asking if they have gotten the package and sent out the info packet. They will tell you what date they sent it on if they have, and it really shouldnt take longer than a week to get to you. If after 2 weeks you dont have it, request it be resent.

It took almost a month for our case to be sent to the NVC, travel through the NVC, be sent to the consulate, have the consulate receive and log our information, then finally send the packet. I guess it really varies!
