2 checks? Cashiers or money order

Hi guys,

My question is this. I called Money Tree yesterday and asked if they did money orders. They told me that they did but that if I was to do the amount of 1,010.00 for the A.O.S. package fee then they'd have to make two checks; One check for 1,000.00 and a second one for 10.00.

I found out that you make the check out to "department of homeland security" but does anyone know if giving two checks (1,000.00 for one, 10.00 for the other) be okay, let alone do they even accept money orders?

Do you have a personel check? Makes it easier to track once cashed.

Yes they accecpt money prders.

Make check out to US department of homeland security.
