hello everyone,in G325 AOS filing the question is all other names used-im married now do i need to put my maiden name in that question or it is not needed anymore.hope someone help me.thanks

If the question specifically asks for your maiden name, you use that, if not, use your current legal name (married).

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

If the question specifically asks for your maiden name, you use that, if not, use your current legal name (married).

it says form g325a- all other names used(including names by previous marriage) meaning no need to put my maiden name right?thanks
