what is the form number? I 751

What kind of documents will be needed at the time of applying to show we live together? all documents that prove a valid relationship, like IRS transcripts, Credit cards, bills with names, ID, birth certificates if any...

Do we have to go and appear for the interview again? It depends, but most people do not go through an interview

sorry for the lots of question. thx for all your help in advance.
