Wow guess what! :) We just checked the mail and my husband got his EAD card!!! :) Holy cow!

Congratulations!

As soon as I come back from work..the first thing I do is to check in mail box..

I hope my AP & EAD are coming before My H1b expires.... :star:

7/16/2009: Sent AOS (I-130, I-485, AP & EAD) by USPS

7/19/2009: Package received at Chicago Lockbox. Signed by R. Mercedo

7/27/2009: Received all NOA's (Dated: 7/22/09) & Biometrics appointment letter too!

8/ 7/2009: 11:00am Biometrics appointment...done in 10 min...

8/10/2009: I-485 & I-765: "TOUCHED"

9/ 2/2009: Received Interview letter!!

9/ 3/2009: CRIS- EAD & AP approved!!!

9/ 5/2009: Received AP (2 copies)

10/12/2009: Interview- 8:30am @ New Orleans

Since I went to early Bio on 3rd ,Aug. no news at all.

Wow guess what! :) We just checked the mail and my husband got his EAD card!!! :) Holy cow!

Congratulations!

As soon as I come back from work..the first thing I do is to check in mail box..

7/15 - Package was delivered at 11am

7/15 - Date of NOA

7/19 - Check was cashed

7/19 - NOA letter was received

7/28 - Biometrics letter received, date- 8/23/2011

8/01 - Early Biometric was done

11/15 - Card Production ordered

11/19 - 10 years Green Card arrived.

I just checked the USCIS website and saw:

"Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed."

Looks like we're rolling again! :dance:

10/10/06 - We meet in an online forum.

4/23/07 - We are officially a couple. <3

7/17/07 - First meeting in person - Rochester NY (several visits back and forth follow).

12/15/08 - Our daughter, Annika, is born.

4/1/09 - Christian comes to visit on the VWP (5th visit to US, POE is Newark, no hassles).

5/26/09 - We get married! Small wedding, planned in a month, but very nice. :)

Adjustment of Status

7/3/09 -- Mailed I-485,I-130,I-765,I-131, Medical - certified mail

7/6/09 -- Delivery confirmation on USPS website

7/14/09 -- Receipts arrive.

7/16/09 -- Can pull up case with receipt numbers on USCIS website.

7/25/09 -- RFE. Our joint sponsor did not provide proof of citizenship or enough proof of his income.

8/17/09 -- Received AP document.

8/19/09 -- Biometrics appointment.

8/28/09 -- Received EAD card.

9/29/09 -- Interview - APPROVED!!!

10/3/09 -- Welcome letter.

10/9/09 -- Green card in hand!

Got our social security card in the mail! Haven't had any luck with job interviews yet though. I need to make an appointment with our lawyer to have an "interview preparation meeting" ...

Hang in there, something will turn up!

We got notices that our EAD card production was ordered yesterday (8/25) and our AP approval notice was sent (8/25). It's odd, though, that on my I-130 I have never received another thing aside from the first NOA and it does not show online. I know I shouldn't worry as the online is so far behind. Our AP didn't show online at all until the approval was being sent. And interview in LA next Tuesday. I have an entire arsenal of information to show....
