Our Biometrics is done and over with! Hopefully we'll get EAD soon! :)

We got our interview notice yesterday in the mail! Interview set for September 1st in Los Angeles. Yippee! That is a two month turn around! We have not gotten EAD or AP yet, maybe we'll get green card before those even come through. And we have not had any RFE's at all! Yippee!!!

That is QUICK!

only two month from filing to interview.

congratulations!!!

11/19 - 10 years Green Card arrived.

yup..after High School he needs to go back here..that was 2003,so 5 years of our relationship was long distance..

but still we did our best so that we will still be together after all the trials..

oh i hope u you'll get ur EAD soon..

i havent received my Bio appt yet..its gonna be 1 month this Aug 10 since i sent my AOS..

im so worried now..

I finished my biometrics today....

My appointment was at 11am today.. I arrived at the office at 10:50am...

I expected to see many people waiting there..

But guess what!? No one was there..

So, I was in/out around 10 min....!

Since I have never seen any "TOUCH" on my case, I hope I can see

it next week.... :star:

Our AOS has been mailed off and we know it arrived at the Chicago office via certified mail tracking. We are moving this weekend and have our mailing address forwarding (*biting the nails*) and we filled out all documents with our new mailing address. So, hopefully nothing gets lost or delayed! It's sooooo hard being patient and waiting to see what comes next. I keep checking to see if they've cashed the checks!

What is the 355 $ for?thanks

In order to look at your case status online, you have to have the

receipt number...mine starts with MSCXXXXX

You can go to the website below (I am sorry I cannot link it...)

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp

Note that some people do not see any "touch" until they receive actual mail

of AP/EAD approval....

Only two of our four items are showing online, but I'm not too worried since many say that the online is updated very slowly. And since we already got an interview notice, I am figuring our case is on track. I hope you get your interview notice soon, too, since you got your AP so fast! Still no word on our EAD or AP.
