RFE no response

i send the evidence for the RFE more than 8 days ago and still no changings online! the online status is the same and no touches , how long does it take to get something or at least to see it online that they recieved it? i can't track it online because i didn't send it register mail . thnx

online updates are rare. call the USCIS and get an officer.

if they didn't get the RFE package, you may want to mail it through registered mail second time around

thank you , i checked the status and they received it today so now how long does it take to get final answer from them?

In reality, CSC got mine May 20th, I got the CRIS email of Evidnece received case resummed processint etc. on June 8th!!!

Then July 8th, got a phone call, from Wasington DC USCIS, they wanted different evidence, so now they have it as of yesterday, so who know how long till they start on it again.

Good Hon, glad to hear that!!!! Give it at least a week , okay? Dont call USCIS ither, My case is a bit bizarre, so of course it takes a little longer, or atleast that is what Washington DC told me.
