And you are obviously only partially informed, if that. He was born in Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States, to an American mother. Obama's parents met in 1960 at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa, where his father was a foreign student. The couple married on February 2, 1961 and Barack was born later that year. His parents separated when he was two years old and they divorced in 1964. His mother then remarried an Indonesian and Obama lived with them when they moved to Indonesia from the ages of 6-10 before returning to Hawaii to live with his Grandparents. So what is so hard to understand that being born in Hawaii means that he was born in America as Hawaii became a state in 1959? So what if he lived in Indonesia from the ages of 6-10? I've lived abroad for 6 years now but my citizenship hasn't changed. Interestingly, John McCain's citizenship was also questioned because he was born on a military base in the Panama Canal Zone, which is not a US territory.

No, a picture of a birth certificate on the web from a state that issues birth certificates to nn-citizens is not proof. If it's proof for you, then you're the one with the problem, not I.

What facts? I asked for these suppsoed facts several times and haven't seen one. Not one stinking piece of stinking evidence that would support the claim that the President of the United States is not a born US citizen. Just prove that any of the allegations have any leg to stand on. Otherwise, that's all they are and all they ever will be: allegations. Allegations that some lunatic fringe feeds on.

So what you are asking us for is to provide you, the skeptic, with our original copy of Obama's USA BC proving his citizenship, right? I'm going to take a long trip out on a limb here and point out a couple of things:

1) I will never surrender my copy of his original BC. It's mine and you can't have it!

2) Proof of his citizenship has been provided to those people whose job it is to decide such matters and their requirement it appears, was satisfied.

Let it go man. Let him get on with his job and us on with our lives and you on with yours, that is if you have one outside of VJ and continuing to keep this foolish assertion alive. Seriously, don't you have something better to do to effect a positive change on society? Maybe volunteer at a homeless shelter or pick up trash off the road. Things like that have an immediate benefit to our country, our society and your community.

do a little research on "fact check" and you will discover that it is funded by the annenberg foundation, which is a sock puppet of the left wing political machine.

what you posted is a 2007 certificate of live birth. it is not a "long form" birth certificate.

the difference is that what you posted could have been given to a foreign born in 1961.

representatives of the state of HI vital records have attested that what you posted is an accurate copy of the certificate of live birth on file.

they have consistently refused to answer questions in regard to the existence, or lack thereof, of any long form record.
