OK folks, time to stop feeding the trolls. The evidence has clearly been laid out that proves it, so we can draw one of two conclussions here.

1) Troll

2) Too stupid to live

Oh hi! Welcome to where I'm sitting..

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

I'm just wondering at what point in her pregnancy Ann choose to endure the hellish flight from Honolulu to Nairobi? Pretty remarkable when most airlines don't even let pregnant women fly after about 30 weeks.

airlines were less restrictive in 1961. hell, you could even smoke on planes, then.

still, this question is the most important. did she fly back to HI before, or after the birth?

No, the most important question is where is the evidence that she was in Kenya while pregnant?

:clock:

Oh, come on. One of the nuts ought to be able to provide the evidence here seeing that this is "fact".

I'm also still waiting on that tape, that smoking gun piece of evidence, that king nut Berg was going to make public at the end of October last year. Where is it? Did the aliens really come by to swipe it away? If not, where is it?

I mean one piece of stinking evidence. Is that too much to ask?

2. The president of the US cannot just be a citizen, s/he must be born on US property. This was te issue that settled the case of whether McCain was qualified to be president. He was born outside of the US, but in a US military hospital. Obama would not be qualified if born overseas, as a citizen, but not on US property.

No, the requirement is that the president must be a "Natural Born Citizen". That phrase is used in the Constitution, but it isn't defined anywhere, and hasn't been the subject of a court ruling, so anyone claiming that it means "born on US property" is full of it.

McCain's birth on a military base does NOT mean he's a US citizen at all, much less a "Natural Born Citizen."

According to the Department of State Foreign Affairs manual, http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/86755.pdf

Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic or consular facilities are not part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of birth.

No, the reason McCain was a "Natural Born Citizen" was because he was a citizen from the day he was born, i.e. he didn't have to be naturalized to become a citizen. And he was a citizen from the day he was born because he was born abroad to US Citizen parents who had spent the required amount of time residing in the US prior to his birth, per INA 301.

You didn't do your research before posting your dubious opinion that there is no reason to challenge citizenship because the Constitution is not specific on the issue. Ambiguity is the reason for courts and lawyers. The legitimacy of McCain's citizenship was initially in doubt and not presumed to meet the requirement of the presidency due to his birth outside of the US. In fact, I remember the same questions being raised of George Ronmey, Mitt Romney's father.

John McCain (born 1936), who ran for the Republican party nomination in 2000 and was the Republican nominee in 2008, was born in Colón, Panama,[36] near (but not part of [37] [38] [39]) the Panama Canal Zone[40] of two U.S. parents, who were at the time serving at the Coco Solo Naval Air Station.[41] In March 2008 McCain was held eligible for Presidency in an opinion paper by former Solicitor General Ted Olson and Harvard Law Professor Laurence H. Tribe.[42] In April 2008 the U.S. Senate approved a non-binding resolution recognizing McCain's status as a natural born citizen.[43] In September 2008 U.S. District Judge William Alsup stated obiter in his ruling that it is "highly probable" that McCain is a natural born citizen, although he acknowledged the possibility that the applicable laws had been enacted after the fact and applied only retroactively.[44] These views have been criticized by Gabriel J. Chin, Professor of Law at the University of Arizona, who argues that McCain was at birth a citizen of Panama and was only retroactively declared a born citizen under 8 U.S.C. § 1403, because at the time of his birth and with regard to the Canal Zone the Supreme Court's Insular Cases overruled the Naturalization Act of 1795, which would otherwise have declared McCain a U.S. citizen immediately at birth.[45] In any case, the US Foreign Affairs Manual states that "it has never been determined definitively by a court whether a person who acquired U.S. citizenship by birth abroad to U.S. citizens is a natural born citizen[…]".[46] In Rogers v. Bellei the Supreme Court only ruled that "children born abroad of Americans are not citizens within the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment", and didn't elaborate on the natural born status.[47][48]

Barry's challengers are not without ammunition, much of which comes from his refusal to allow personal information about his past to see the light of day (that matter, you did not address). But, a court can order those papers to be released, and then, maybe we will know for sure.

And yet, all the way up the the Supreme Court, they refused to entertain this nonsense.

So, I ask again, where's the evidence that he was born outside the US?

Where's the evidence that he was born in the US? That's the relevant question. The Supremes may deny now, but they can't keep denying if more evidence that he is a poser comes to light.

I don't mind that Obama lovers make fun of his doubters. In its early days, people who thought that there was more to the Watergate break-in than the Nixon administration would have us believe were mocked, too.

Sofi,

You're exemplifying the characteristics of a conspiracy theorist. They go with the presumption that something is skewed or not right and that it is up to someone else to prove their suspicion to be false. What do you have a PhD in again?

How about his birth certificate?

So, I ask again, where's that evidence. A number of wild claims are being made w/o a shred of actual evidence to support them. Based on that, no court will ever order anything. The evidence is to be brought by those making the charge, not the other way around. Or are we now guilty until proven innocent?

Republicans really do like circular reasoning.

Only some Republicans - as well as some Democrats.

True. A lot of Republicans knows that these people (who say they're Rep) use rhetorics to influence morons. And, DEMs aren't perfect either. Similar tactics.

Why rolling eyes? Everyone has to prove eligibility for employment , don't they? He got the job as Prez, and if some of his 'employers' want verification ( which we ALL have to provide when we take a job)....So what? Plus it would stop the whole 'he isn't American ' crud....So time and resources in the CA court system can be spent on other things ( like sorting out MJ's messed up finances and other important things like that......)

yes, you do have to prove your eligibilty for employment.... to your companies HR department. Should you have to carry around your employment authorization forms with you to show random people whom you work with? This is retarded, and once again, it's a WorldNet Daily posting........

Yes, actually some people ( alot on here, actually) DO have to carry around with them their employment auth cards/green cards that prove eligibility....Suprised you would think that's 'retarded'.....

Are you saying you have shown your documents to strangers who apparently thought you looked foreign? If so that would be 'retarded' indeed.

How does a wingnut in California get jurisdiction? Obama should counter sue this frivolous law suit.

The evidence would be THE STATE OF HAWAII confirming he was born there, which they have.
