1. Hawaii issued birth certificates to people not born the state.

3. Obama has refused to release his student records for college and grad school. They may show that he applied as foreign student. If there are no problems with them, why not release them?

4. Obama is known to have traveled to countries that were off limits to Americans on an Indonesian passport when he was Barry Sotero.

5. He attended a school in Indonesia which registered him as an Indonesian citizen.

so we have it narrowed down to 4 points that have not been addressed...

indonesia does not allow dual citizenship. for him to have obtained indonesian, his mother would have had to renounce his American citizenship. Perhaps she did, but did not inform the USCIS. but then, this would involve defrauding the indonesian gov't...

either way, it's a mess. the guy wrote about traveling to middle eastern countries as a young man that are forbidden zones to USC without black passports. it's in his book, in his own words. how do you explain it?.

Again, no sane person actually takes this nonsense seriously and I am certainly not going to engage in a debate with conspiracy freaks. Haven't when there were those that engaged in 9/11 conspiracy theories and won't now.

Suffice it to say, nobody has brought on any real, actual evidence that Obama was born in Kenya as is claimed. Where's that tape that king nut Mr. Berg said he had back in October last year? Did Obama's alien co-conspirators come and steal it from him?

So even if he was born abroad he still qualifies to be president because he was born to an American mother! it is a widely accepted fact that O could not gain citizenship rights in 1961 by birth if born abroad. his mother did not meet the residency requirement.

And you are obviously only partially informed, if that. He was born in Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States, to an American mother. Obama's parents met in 1960 at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa, where his father was a foreign student. The couple married on February 2, 1961 and Barack was born later that year. His parents separated when he was two years old and they divorced in 1964. His mother then remarried an Indonesian and Obama lived with them when they moved to Indonesia from the ages of 6-10 before returning to Hawaii to live with his Grandparents. So what is so hard to understand that being born in Hawaii means that he was born in America as Hawaii became a state in 1959? So what if he lived in Indonesia from the ages of 6-10? I've lived abroad for 6 years now but my citizenship hasn't changed. Interestingly, John McCain's citizenship was also questioned because he was born on a military base in the Panama Canal Zone, which is not a US territory.
