i dont have kids but have traveled the world with my mom and younger sisters and brother, we took lots of wipes, pampers or what ever ur using, and hand sanitizer lots of baby Tylenol, destine, dimtapp (sorry for spelling on that one)

formula, and colic pills the homeopathic ones

when we first started traveling my little sister was about 8 months, she was more healthy than the rest of us didnt have the problems of picking up the little bugs here and there in pakistan, or india that us older ones did that made us sick

travel was not a problem because they have these cots for babies when u set in the bulk head and she slept most of the way.

india air has never been a problem for us, no drunken indians or dirty restrooms

anyways enjoy ur stay with ur family im pretty sure ur little one will be just fine but be sure and get ur child checked by a doctor before u leave so that u know ur child is healthy with no problems as in cold or fever or flu before travel.

dont forget to pick up some netting for mosquitoes when u get there
