hi everyone!

exactly 1 week from now is the final day ive been waiting since we started this immigration process...

im so excited, not because of the interview itself, but the moment of us being together again as a family is getting very very near..

so im preparing all my documents, im just using a big folder

You have included many things that are no help at all at the interview:

- School Diplomas (Primary,Secondary and Tertiary)

- Seminar Certificates

- Transcript of records

- Phonecards

- CFO Certificate (Original and Photocopy)

- Birth Certificate from Church of Christ

Bring only essesntial items so that you can find what is actually required.

[what did u tell the CO to just pick up ur visa?]

I said that we wanted to fly back to the US together. He gave me a slip of paper to show at the gate after we got the call saying our visa was ready (to allow us to enter the embassy to get the visa). We were very fortunate and picked up the visa just 2 days after the interview.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
