We got here at 7:00am and they let my wife through the side of the consulate to wait for the place to open. I'm at the Bach Duoung Garden across the street having some Pho and stressed. I guess I'll know soon enough.

Maybe a couple of hours.. go easy on the VN coffee as it wont help the stress any... bzzzzzzzzzzzz

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Pink! Pink! Pink! We're totally happy!

Went in at 7:00am into a line on the right of the building.

Waited for half hour to get number.

Gave the papers to someone to review.

Waited another two hours for the interview.

Interview was a middle-aged man.

Questions asked:

When did you meet your husband? How?

Tell me about the time you have been together from start to now.

When was the first time you met his parents?

Can he speak Vietnamese?

Why did you get married in Singapore?

Why does he have a negative number for the last two years on his tax returns?

How long has he stayed in Vietnam?

Where did your husband study in America and what degree?

What do you do for work?

What do you plan to do in America?

We need to go back on Monday to pick up the Visa, but everything went smooth. My wife got out 10:50am. I was was stressing out across the street watching here though the gate. Thanks for all the support. I feel drained, but happy.
