You can find the vaccination requirements beginning on page 7 of this document: http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/visa/...V018a_Oct08.pdf

It's specifically from the London embassy but the requirements are the same across the board so you can still follow these guidelines. They are grouped by age to determine whether or not it is appropriate for you (or your daughters). It may be wise to get them from your own doctor if it will be cheaper as the doctors contracted by the embassy usually charge much more than they should for these shots. Your children may have had many of these vaccines already- ask your doctor to provide you with a copy of their vaccination history so that they won't have to have them again.

dear Sherill,

you just do one medical exam that includes the vaccine shots and some questions that the doctor will ask you. the doctor must be USCIS CIVIL SURGEON! You can find him in the WWW.UCIS.COM- search for civil surgeon in your area of living. Call the doc to make an appointment- tell him its for immigration- they will guide you thru everything. During the exam, the doc will ask u questions about ur health history and AGE and decide wich vaccine shots you need. Then he will give you the shots (all at the same day) and the exam over. BUT you need to return to the doc-office to get the results after a few days - they will give you a SEALED ENVELOPE - that you are not alowed to open. This sealed envelope has ALL the medical info that USCIS needs (+ I-693). you mail just this envelope to USCIS along with your AOS application. Of course you will need THREE medical exams : for you and daughters. Each exam cost average of $280 (x3).

Don't freak out, its easy. If you can't find the civil surgeon, please reply and i will help you.

GOOD LUCK
