Shukran siste for your reply to my post... my post its intention was only to say everyone happy friday (for muslims who are religious) and happy weekend for non muslims , as the weekend represents rest to most ppl.... but its unfortunate it was taken NOT in that way... only the beginning the bismilllah was looked at...not the actual greeting...

i feel with you sis..i am convert too, my family doesnt like my islam or even my hijeb.... that is why i looked for an NA-ME husband...

but when i am in presence of anyone i try to be balanced and moderate in my islam...but i dont hide it... i am not fanatical...but i do remember Allah in my every day dealings...

but i dont like ppl they attack me or Islam-Muslim just cos their muslims....it owuld be ok to say ok some Muslims are not doing things...based on thier actions...but not on the deen...

anyway i m talking too much...and just wanted to say thanks for ur reply...

I'm sorry if anyone felt this was an attack on Islam or any other religion. It was not intended to be that way. I am not judging anyone and I am not alienating myself in any way. It was just something that I have noticed in this forum that I don't particularly agree with is all. I am not asking anyone to hide who they are or to change anything it was just something that has been on my mind and I wanted to see if anyone else felt the same way or what everyone had to say about it. It's not a negative feeling or vibe I am not trying to bring everyone down. Just something I noticed and wanted to point out.

I certainly hope that no one here has ever felt judged by me or that my comments in the past have made anyone feel bad. I'm sorry if this is the case I have never intended to hurt anyone.

Everywhere you go someone will have their "opinion" on ANY matter... esp in places where there is free speech like the Net...

so we should all just use anything we come across for educational purposes...keep the good and delete the bad...

I dont judge anyone, but I am not the judge.... there is a higher judge, the ultimate judge... (for me and people that share my beliefs that is ) I dont look to religion, colour, gender or orgin...i look at the person's heart...

I know myself, i know my God, i know my religion, i know my friends, friends and the people who matter...

and anyone that knows ME knows my heart and my intention... and also my purpose for being on VJ.

I wish this topic would close now...as I post this.

Also I pray, yes i said PRAY...everyone gets through this tuff time of the immigration process... and is reunited with their families soon....in happiness, peace and harmony... Peace be upon you all!!!
