More than a broken vows

Ok, this is a general statement international relastionship or not. the old adage" promises are made to be broken" is indeed true.

During the wedding day the couple promised each other " for better and for worst till death do us part" is a lie and the majority of people broke thier promises because if they keep thier promise then why in the hell alot of marriage are broken. many people have been married many times. I know marriage is not easy and is complicated; and both people should work it out to keep the marriage intact. but I really think is not a good idea to make a promise to a person most especially you're not 100% sure about everything.

how many of us are divorce and remarried and then again make the same statement during the wedding "for better and for worst till do us part" is a big lie and you have been saying it every time you get married to a different person.

I really think that the priest should not make the couple vows. just my thought perhaps a food for thought.
