My wife forgot to fill out the date on her G325A form

So, i was reviewing all our paperworks today and I just found out that on her Biographic form (G-325A) she forgot to complete the part asking for the the date (You know the date right next to the applicant's signature). Should I live this blank or should I just put the date myself? Is this a big deal?

The date is not a big deal, as long as she signed the forms herself.

Write in the date that she signed it, this is not unacceptable. The only part that would be illegal is if you were signing the form for her.
