First Touch!

I'm just excited and want to share this with every one. I've been checking on the USCIS case status website several times a day, and we get our first touch today!

Not sure if it will be a RFE or approval soon....anyway, just excited to know that our case is being worked on...

Thanks guys! It's just a touch, so maybe it doesn't really mean anything, and we might still need to wait a long time before we hear back about our case. I'm trying to stop myself to being too hopful about the process time.

It's just normal processing. We don't have any qualifying circumstances to ask for expedite.

My husband is born in China, but lives in Hong Kong since he's 9 years old i guess. I'm rushing him every day to get his certified birth certificate from China's Gong Zheng Chu so that when the time comes, we will have the documents ready..

Anyway, smooth journey everyone. It's just sad that I won't be able to fly back to visit him till November...the long distance is making this way harder....
