We are both arabic and speak arabic with each other for the most part. Of course I have been in the US since I was 9. Where the funny stuff comes in is when you say a word and it means one thing in english and another thing in arabic.

A Kiss in eglish is a kiss, In a arabic kiss means the a female part **P**. I would be telling him give me a kiss and he gets the ;) look on his face.

Since my Arabic is kind of Jacked up, he is usually the one correcting me and teasing me. But it is alright his turn will come ;).

LMAO i remember the first time George told me that! and when he was trying to teach me body parts he taught me nose and i cant pronounce the sound so when i say it it comes out

I know this is super late but I have so many to choose from! lol

Ali came running in the house one night and declared to my tipsy friend and I that there was a whole pack of "Theft creatures" near our garbage.

We were like WHAT??????

He meant raccoons but he didn't know the word in English (its the same in arabic i believe, he just remembered they steal from the trash)

we almost died laughing, we literally were on the floor crying. poor guy haha.

Just this past week I came home to a glass with white chunks in it and asked him what he did. He said and i quote "I'm not sure if that was milk. It was the powder in the cabinet" That would be pancake mix and yes he did drink it !!!!

He also asked where his hat was and i said in the bin with your mittens. He goes, what's a mittens????
