Hi

I arrived on the 15th of May, 09. We married on the 6th of June. I filled for my AOS/EAD on the 24th of June and it was recieved shortly after. I am no waiting for my interview to be schedualed.

As i have filed the AOS before the 90days, does that mean thats its okay if the interview is date is after the 90 day expiration?

yes, it's perfectly fine. others get approved without an interview but not all.

Great, so I am just waiting for a notice from the USCIS advising me of either an interview or an approved AOS?
