the first letter we got it says that they reviewing our case and should take 30days they will notify us..but it seems the nextday they approved our case.

Is it a goodnews for speeding up the process? I mean were happy for course. just want clarifications to those who been in this situation. we been waiting for our visa for such so long. we been in denial process last october 2007 when husband applied october 2004.

we happy were approved now..

I our case I-130 / I 485 got denied in april 2009 because we failed to response to Notice to intent to deny in Jan ( because we never received that notice in mail) so they denied our case . so we requested uscis to reconsider it and on aug 12 we received this

I am wondering will if we get approve soon as well ! why did they deny yours case in first time ?
