Ok this question has been asked before and was not answered, can anybody out there help.?

Its regarding the I-864

My wife is a USC and I am a UKC, my wife has LLR to remain in the UK (Spouse Visa). The form asks for a residency address and mailing address. There are 2 theorys on how to answer this question.

1. She should put the US address as she has been in the UK less than 2 years and not able to DCF.

3. She should put the UK address as this is where is currently is.

(She has maintained a US residence by the way, with her parents)

Secondly

4. Employment details. - Currently she works in the UK but this employment will not continue when we return to the US, so should this be listed ?, once again there are 2 theorys

1. List her as unemployed beucase the employment is not US based, therefore she cannot produce W2's (becuase W2's are produced by US employers)

2. List her UK employment, and her federal income tax return (which we had to still file), without the W2's

We do have a joint sponsor so we can meet the poverty levels..

Any advice/help most appreciated. !!

Lew
