You are in the F1 family preference category. Currently, Filipinos with petitions filed before Sept. 1, 1993 are eligible for visas. So you have about another 8 years before you become eligible for a visa.

You may be able to get a tourist visa. You have to apply yourself at the US embassy. You have to prove that you have sufficient ties to the Philippines and overcome the presumption that you would an illegal immigrant. This may be incredibly hard for you to do.

You may be able to get an employment visa. You would have to find an employer who would file for a visa on your behalf. You cannot get an employment visa unless the employer has a job for you. There are a few legitimate agencies in the Philippines that can help you. There are also lots of fraudulent agencies that will take your money and not deliver on the visa. Be careful.

I don't know. There is no magic formula. Everyone who apply for an tourist (visitor) visa is presumed to be an illegal immigrant. So, you would have to show why you would not be one and that you have strong reasons for returning to the Philippines after your visit to the US.

Remember, if you overstay on the tourist visa, you may become ineligible for an immigration visa.

Also, have your written to the USCIS or NVC to add your daughter to your petition? She can get an immigration visa when you get your in 8 years.
