January 29, 2008- Recieved Prima Facie

Waited til JULY 2009, Then hired an attorney

July 2009- Recieved Request for Evidence

Sent in the evidence along with the i-765 & money order

Now Waiting for the Final Decision on the case.....the "suspense" is a killer :unsure:

wow your case way out of the process time wow 19 month is that how much time your case that is long time i file my i360 back in november o8 and my prima facie expier in 2 weeks and im alreday tired of watting

N-400 Naturalization

04th Dec, 2012 - N-400 filed

12th Dec, 2012 - NOA Received

14th Dec, 2012 - Biometrics Letter Received

26th Dec, 2012 - Biometrics Completed

11th Jan, 2013 - Placed inline for Interview

07th Mar, 2013 - Scheduled for interview

16th Apr, 2013 - Interview Date

16th Apr, 2013- US Citizen (End of USCIS Journey)

Yahya: My case is sent under the provisions of VAWA as a self-petitioning child.

LostinNj: My RFE was for divorce records of my parents and school records.

Does anyone know if you could leave the country and get an H1B visa without abandoning a pending I-360?

Need to get back to work and this pending status is making life pretty difficult.
