hey guys, i need your help! i wasn't able to print out my ds156 coz after i fill it out through online, it was black out as in no electricity! but before it happened, i wrote down the barcode in a pc. of paper. Do i need to fill up again? thanks. Godspeed...

Yes and it will have a new barcode but don't worry, it will be fine. You have to have copies for yourself so make at least 4 , I can't remember but I think you need 2 for consulate, and a few for yourself as extras JUST IN CASE.

Note Barcode contains all data entered into the form, you will need to fill in another and print it out, perhaps save the PDF file generated for future use.

Note the online system does not save anything, just uses the data entered to generate the barcode.

The forms won't let you save them in any format. The only way is if you have access to program that will print a .pdf file. I use PDF995, its a great program and all you have to do is print it and it saves the print file as a .pdf...
