Yes, the AVR will tell you although it is often delayed by a day or so. An operator can tell you for sure. Good luck

just saw this on the list of automated responses...

DS3032/ AOS Fee Bill Generated:

"...NVC will mail...the beneficiary..." OR "DS3032 and AOS Fee Bill has been generated on________"

So, uh yeah, I assume that that's right? I guess it just seems way too easy that I think, "wait a second, where's the trap??? "

If anyone else wants to input or whatever, let me know. Also, do they send actual hard copies to us?

We sent the DS3032 via email and followed up with a downloaded hard copy. We did receive a hard copy from NVC near the end of the process! We followed the AVR / operator info which moved things along much more quickly than had we waited for everything through the mail.

Thanks a lot -- with the AVR in place, I'm often reluctant to call a real operator figuring that they'll get sick of hearing from me ! But it seems that this NVC system is set up for us to call and I like that...

I have to tell you, it makes life SO much easier to be able to keep track of the progress of one's case. And so far... I have had no problem getting through to the NVC which is nice.

No problem. We usually found the operators to be a more reliable source of info. My husband usually had the best luck calling between 11 p.m. and midnight. I would then follow up the next day to check the AVR just to make sure!

Have you given them your e-mail addresses yet? The AVR does take at least a day to update so if they've got your e-mail address you'll probably find out first when it pops up in your inbox.

Yeah, when I heard the AVR message yesterday stating our new NVC number, I transferred to an operator and gave her both our email addresses. Hoping that works as well.

You guys are great, btw... it's nice to have people who've gone through all the steps and are willing to help the noobs out.
