hi guys! just have a question about noa2 june26 we recive a e-mail that our petition is approve then after 1 week my husband to be he got a letter that saying our petition is approve.so how many days or weeks that i will receive our NOA2?..

The letter he received IS the NOA2. YOU will not receive a letter, it is sent only to the petitioner.

You will not be receiving that piece of paper. Your fiance will. What you will receive are packets of instructions. NOA2 emailed will only tell you your fiance's petition for you has been approved and is on its way to the national visa center in new hampshire. from there it invariably (timeline) sends the case to the consulate in Manila. At an average however, it is between a week or a forthnight.

I have a quick question. I received my NOA2 (Petition Approval Notice) but my fiance(e) in India has not received anything so far. I am wondering if she has to go to the Embassy there and file any papers or she has to wait till she receive something in mail. Somebody told me she will receive Packet 3 then Packet 4 but the following website tells that after I (Petitioner, in USA) receives the Approval notice my fiance(e) in India should submit the Statement form to the Embassy stating that she has everything ready as far as papers for the interview. Please help as I am kinda puzzled what to do :-(

When did you recieved your NOA2? Do you know if NVC has recieved it and sent it out to the Indian consulate? Did you recieved a letter from NVC? You should call NVC to find out. In the meantime, since she already knows what's required in the Packet 3, she aleady be getting them ready and you should already be sending her what she needs for Packet 3.
