I have done organizing all my documents and applications for AOS package. I am on F-1 status right now with no visa, because I changed my status here in the US after I went to college, so never got stamped on passport. I was a L-2 visa when I came here with my parents, but they went back a year after.

Since I will be paying $$$ to meet my lawyer for one hour tomorrow to do a "review and check" on all my stuff, so anyone who has the same situation about F-1 in school married to USC, and if you have any good questions, reply here, I will pick some and ask my lawyer tomorrow for you and every F-1 students.

This is nice of you :) My fiance is on a J-1 but I'm glad to see that we're not the only ones paying a lawyer to look over our completed forms. I didn't want to shell out the money to have them do it themselves because their fees are quite hefty!! But I thought it was worth it to have them look over the forms and make sure we aren't missing anything.
