I864 Need to be notarized??

Sorry guys for asking so much tonight, but does anyone know if the affidavit of support needs to be norarized? I don't see that it tells you to, but I'm not sure. Also, we don't have our tax TRANSCRIPTS, just like the forms we filled out and then we did like a turbo tax thingy. I am just submitting the W2's and the 1040's that my father and I did. Do you think those will be fine???

no it does not need to be notorized.

If you don't have it.. Call IRS and ask them for a tax transcript.

They can fax/mail it to you free of cost

I-864 does not need to be notorized. You may send in the tax returns from Turbotax with the W-2s.. However, the tax transripts

can be requested from the IRS at no cost and you will not need to submit a W-2 with them. Note: Transripts take about 2 weeks or

so to receive.

thanks guys, unfortunately its too late to get the transcripts cuz were sending everything tomorrow, pray for us that they accept these tax forms instead and a swift case complete! Thanks again!

well if you dont have the time, then you can just ask them to fax it to you.

maybe get a fax number from Kinkos. and ask them to recieve an incoming fax for you.
