Are kids included in filing fee?

Hi Everyone,

Are my wifes' children (those that I list on the I-130 application form) included in the 355.00 filing fee that I will pay for her spousal visa app.? Or is it a separate fee for each child?

She will be bringing two, one will be thirteen and the other will be 20 or 21.

We were married here in March but her AOS application off of the K-1 visa process was just denied because she had to return to South America for a work obligation, and left without advanced parole and we also of course failed to keep an appointment FOR the advanced parole hearing which arrived a few days after she left.

If I understand the situation, you are not going to like the result.....

First of all, they are separate and you need an I-130 for each...

If the stepchild relationship was created between you and your wife BEFORE the children were 18 then you can petition for them... if it was not then they are not eligible to be petitioned for.... so the 13 yr old is eligible but I presume not so much on the other
