My husband has got his interview date for AOS however we never sent in his vaccination supplement (no rfe's for it either). We are wondering since we still have not gotten them, if we should get them done at this point. What is the likelihood they will be asked for at the interview?? or would they have asked for it by now??

P.S.~ his medical exam from london is still current

The decision of whether to get the Vaccination Supplement done or not is only yours to make.

At my daughter's AOS interview, they did not ask for it. I had it done before the interview, and had to offer it to them at her interview. I had sent in her Vaccination Worksheet with her AOS application, though, so maybe that's why they didn't ask for the Supplement.

My daughter's only cost us $35.00 and they did it using the Vaccination Worksheet from her K-2 Visa medical. I faxed it into the civil surgeon, and they prepared the Supplement from the information on the Worksheet. She did not require additional vaccinations, otherwise the cost would have been higher.

Good luck with whatever you decide and good luck at the interview.

mzap,

The visa medical exam papers, including the DS-3025 Vaccination Documentation Worksheet, should be in the case file. Did your husband's DS-3025 show all of the required vaccination as having been given or medically inappropriate? If so, that may be why he hasn't been, and may not be, asked for the I-693 Vaccination Supplement - everything is already covered and documented.

My wife submitted a photocopy of her DS-3025 with her I-485 application to adjust, and as I wrote the original was in the file with the other medical forms. All her vaccinations were marked either as given or as medically inappropriate and should be waived. She was never asked to provide the I-693 Vaccination Supplement.

In my case, I haven't got any RFE asking to send my vaccination supplement throughout my AOS process... But, during my interview, the adjudicator asked me if i have a vaccination supplement from a civil surgeon here in the US... Good thing, I have it coz i just want to make sure everything will be fine on my AOS interview so i spent a hundred bucks just for that document...

I don't think it's a problem for people who's vaccinations were up to date at the overseas medical. If you required additional vaccinations one you arrive, then you can expect to be asked for the supplement at the interview.
