How recent is recent? When my fiancee takes pay stubs to the interview, how recent do they need to be? Do they need original stubs, or copies?

Would stubs a month old suffice, or do they need to see like last week's stubs?

Thanks.

What i brought on my interview is the last 3 pay stubs of my husband. They were a month old and they were original copies but the CO didn't ask them from me.

Good Luck! :star:

I didn't send my fiance any pay stubs for her interview nor was she asked for them. Your W2's, 1040s, or ITR's should suffice. Good luck. Mike

The most recent you can provide. It can be a month old or 2 months old or a week old. I brought original copies during my interview but like what everyone said, we were never asked for it. But it's not bad to bring just in case they would.

I brought originals of the pay stubs which copies I put in the AOS submission, as well as all paystubs since submission (4 months worth, to prove I was still employed).

Of course, they did not ask for any of them.

But as the saying goes, better be safe than sorry!

What's an ITR? I have my 1040 from last year, W-2. Brokerage info, bank statement, but what's an ITR? Thank you.
