Mew - please post the chart procedures at the beginning of the chart before the key (and keep it there in every posyting of the chart).

People will then know what to do and you won't have to yell at them anymore.

(damn! i'm beginning to regret suggesting we compile info.......)

12 Feb 2009 - Montreal requests copy of green card to close file (sent)
