My father filed I-130 for me (unmarried son above 21 in 2005, type F-2B). Last week, I received a letter from USCIS saying that my petition approved and NVC will send me further instructions. I wonder how long it will take to complete the process and get the green card. I've already waited for 4 years and don't know how much more I have to wait. The cut-off date on Visa bulletin says that NVC is processing April 01. It is confusing to me because California Center Website was showing that they were processing Feb 02, while I got my approval! Does anyone have any idea what is the real time frame?

Thanks very much
