I travelled home to Sweden for 2 weeks, bringing my extension letter. No update on the USCIS website the whole time.

When I returned back this weekend the approval letter was waiting in the mail pile! No RFE, no interview (again)!

I received my third biometrics notice today. I'm really confused & disappointed & annoyed I have to take time off work, again.

Hang in there your approval will come soon. I was also getting nervous and was getting ready to call my senator. Have they given you a reason as to why you need to take yet another biometrics? Can you call your senator as its been past 6 months?

Thank you for the encouragement!

The last bio. (#2) was a shock. On the notice my receipt# & name was wrong, I called the 1-800# and they fixed it. As for this third bio... I just don't know. I will go again, and then wait. I am only a little over 6 months so can I still call a senator??

P.S. Get off VJ & go celebrate!!

LOL! in my excitement I forgot to log off. I am definitely celebrating this weekend.

As long as its been past 6 months you can contact your senator. First call USCIS and ask to speak to an officer explain to them that you are calling to put in a service request and you will also be contacting your senators office. Hopefully that will get them off their asses
