Well went to my Info Pass appointment and the jerk did s$it all for us.

I must of gotten the dumbest guy in the building I swear. My son and I were so pissed its not even funny.

Because of their mistake I couldnt even get our passports stamped.

WE ARE BOTH APPROVED FOR THE DAM 10 YEAR GC. I cant believe all the ####### they put you thru. I told the guy today that USCIS expects us to everything correctly and when we do they still mess up and make us have to pay more money. I aint paying no bio fees for my son and I because they dont know how to read or do their job.

The agent in Atlanta I swear could not even read the offical letters that USCIS sends you concerning your I-90. My papers they sent us say we owe nothing, but in their STUPID system it is saying our card production is suspended until they get money for fingerprints.

I swear I had to walk out of there at the end while the jerk was still talking because I thought I would go to jail if I listened to any more of his stupid s$it.

HE KNEW F$CKING NOTHING......................

We cant even get our lisense renewed now because we have no GC or stamp...........

Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for PMing me the email from your congressman. I am contacting my congressman this weekend and I will let you know how it goes. Hopefully they will be able to help me since its a lot of money and I can't afford to waste it.

Thanks

I agree with your frustration. It is the worst department in the U.S. government.

These guys are illiterate morons who somehow got the job because they knew someone or other means. Shows you how they got the priority straight when they have people like this dealing with foreigners in this country.

Probably need to replace all of them with folks who can do hard work and understand basic English and have some common sense. It is just pathetic.

Hang in there and keep us posted.

Guys

Both my senator and congressman's office failed to help me with my problem. They asked me to file the I-90 form.

I am eligible to apply for N-400 on Dec 15th. My temporary stamp on passport is valid till March 30st, 2010.So I am thinking of applying for N-400 in December with my expired GC and the vlaid passport stamp.I think this should be ok. I can use the N-400 receipt for proof my status to employer by going to the local office and getting another stamp if needed.

Meanwhile I am going to contact the Ombudsman Office of USCIS and explain them the problem.Since we did not get an email, no welcome letter, no GC I think they will be able to help us. What do you guys think?

Its crazy that even the politicians cannot understand our questions such as why they would by normal mail and don't even bother to help us.
