I got my AP, EAD, Drivers License... will unpaid credit card bills (skips) from the country I came from affect the AOS process?

a credit check is not part of the AOS process.

They will let you leave but as for coming back in...

Your time line indicates that you don't yet have your AP. Without that I wouldn't be leaving and even with it I wouldn't be leaving for a vacation.

Others on this board are more experienced than I but I am fairly sure that once you submit the AOS any departure from the US constitutes abandonment of the application unless you are in receipt of the AP. Even then the AP is primarily for emergency purposes.
