Upcoming Interview - question about photos

Hey all! Our interview is coming up in 2 weeks and I am gathering all my evidence to take with us. I have a question about photos - what are they trying to see with your photographic evidence? Is it just to prove that you have been photographed together throughout your relationship? My husband and I have been married for 4 years and the funny thing is we don't have a ton of photos of the 2 of us. And the ones we do have aren't date stamped, if they are looking for chronological details.

Anyway, if anyone has any thoughts on this I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

This is all just one person's opinion. mine.

I included 4-5 photos in all. They were obviously taken at vastly different times chronologically speaking. I had longer hair in one, a tan in another. We were in Hawaii at a Luau in one and standing in snow in Virginia in another. They were each about 5-6 months apart. I didn't really get too worked up over the lack of photos as the fact as you and I know, with a few hours and a trip to a studio you could get 10 different looking photos.

Like you, we have a ton of photos of each other but not many with both of us. C'est la vie!

FWIW, at our interview, our IO spent most of the time looking through the scrap book of renovation photos of the house we bought together (we used the purchase of the house as evidence of our commitment to our marriage). She particularly liked the picture of the two of us with our small puppy, she actually said 'oh you have a baby too then' :D :D which was apropos since we're not planning to have children, and have expanded our pet family considerably since then :D

I would put more effort in other evidences that don't cost a lot if you are concerned about not having enough, a home warranty, AAA membership, Sams Club membership, things that have both names...

We brought 3 photobooks to our interview. The IO looked at all of them and said, "you're obviously a happily married couple!"

Guess that's the sort of thing they might be looking for. ;)
