Any Charlotte NC VJers going for naturalization?

I read on some other website that the posted naturalization processing times (interviews/oath ceremony) for Charlotte NC were just about the worst in the country. Mind you, that information could be old and perhaps things have been beefed up. Does anyone out there in my neck of the woods have recent experience in terms of a N-400 timeline? I see some people in other parts of the country are getting through the entire naturalization process in as little as two or three months but I saw that Charlotte timelines are 6-9 months. For real?! Hope not. :huh:
