Timeline

The said they are doing a review and not further processing. They review all applications one more time before issuing the visa, so give them a week and then call.

already 43days i waiting my visa still im not yet recieve im worry so much now

That sounds like more than a review. Still don't worry, others have been down this path and eventually the visa arrived. Have you tried calling the embassy? Or emailing?

nope

nope never give me idea just email me and call i need return in us embassy for finger scanning again then i come may 14 then i told there just told me need process in my finger scanning just i wait delivery my visa but im worry so much now this already 43days am still im not yet recieve my visa

yes im very tired call.i nver call again coz im tired.i dont know wht happen take so long.why normal take long recieve in visa?

If they told you were you approved, I wouldn't worry too much. Sometimes it takes them a bit of time to do last minute organization of the paperwork etc. But certainly call them as ask. If they told you 14 days, then 37 days is too long.

Start calling them to ask where your visa is.

everyday i call told me still review my case.43days now i wait my visa still am not recieve.i dont know why take so long
