I had my interview today. I don't know how many will be interested to hear my story. I will post a few lines just in case.

I had my interview appointment at 10 am this morning. I arrived there 30 minutes earlier and I joined the que. When I got inside the Embassy I had to wait 20 minutes to be called. I got to the window and I gave the documents from the check list .I explained I need my visa very soon because I have to go to my home country. The man there said will put a note for that.

Then I took a seat and waited for about 1 hour and a half.

Finaly they called my number. I cant say it was a pice of cake. I was with the officer for about 15-20 minutes. I was asked many questions. What does my fiance work? When did he started to work for this company? What does his job mean exactly? How many times did he travel to see me? When did we visit my country? Does he have children? So many i cant think of right now.

Then he asked for pictures. I explained where they were taken and who was with us in the pictures. And in the end he said he understands i need my passport quickly so he will do all he can to help me.

I left the embasssy at 12:30.

Now I wait for my passport. Good lucky to everybody who waits for they interview .

10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

2 March 2006: NOA1 dated (received in mail on 9 March 2006)

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives

Thank you all . I wish you all my best and for those who still wait ... good luck and patience! I know is hard but in the end is all so worth it. The moment i heard : " It looks like everything is ok and we will do all we can so you can have your passport as soon as possible" .... i forgot all about the last 7 month ... about how hard they were and all the frustration in between.
