I feel like there's hardly a point in commenting anymore---most here have made up their mind about the motives of *everyone* based on the actions of a few.

Thank you for your support, Meaux. I'd like to apologize if I've made anyone feel badly. I certainly don't think that everyone on VJ is guilty of the things I've charged, but for me, the few who are have really stained the whole forum.

Dear Jenn, your thread made me cry. I haven't been here long, but I'm already at the point where I feel like I don't want to post much anymore either. I only wish that I had known the comraderie that others speak of having known before things changed; I'm a little jealous of those who have. ... I once got a one day suspension after posting a "This Thread Needs More Wookie" pic in the midst of a huge drama thread that had turned quite ugly. But I figure it was just a case of "collateral damage" when the ban bomb hit, as probably 10 others were exiled for various terms for posting in the same thread. And I was back onboard the next day with a suitable response.

Awww shucks Sister Szsz.... you are wayyyyy cool and don't think nobody knows that. Never ever think you're an outsider here -- you are a valued member of our group with a lot of vital knowledge to share, and I am so glad you're here !

I can understand what you are saying. We are definitely a different group and I know that most of the other members stay away from this forum because they feel alienated. I personally feel alienated from in this group all the time because there is so much religious talk thrown in that I feel very weird about it. I am not Muslim, and I really would prefer it if we left religion out of this forum and just kept it about what it is here for which is support and help with immigration. I know this won't happen because so many of you are Muslim but it's just my opinion. I am someone who prefers to let everyone believe what they want and to not impose religion into a place where it doesn't belong. Don't take this the wrong way I'm just saying that I feel left out or alienated sometimes when just about everywhere you look on this forum you see religion tied in. I mean it doesn't really bother me I'm just saying sometimes it's too much for me since I am not Muslim and that I personally believe in keeping religion separate from certain things and places. I hope no one takes this the wrong way I'm just giving my opinion. Carry on,

When I first visted this forum. I felt like an outsider. no big deal really. since It was me and my PC.

then I started making some really cool friends and intresting bonds. I have friends that slowly we started talking on the phone and sending e mails. then eventually it came to we were sending little gifts to each other in the mail. I have friend that I have met in reality too. it all comes with time. even if you dont wanna post. you can always PM each other and have a great time. also make use of the chat room here on VJ and make friends that way too. everyone needs a good shoulder to cry on and a little bit of a booster when they are feeling blue and going though this chit. its hard and only your friends here at VJ truely understand.
