Packet 3 question UK

Hi

I have just received the Packet 3 from the London embassy. Wahoo

I have a couple of questions b4 i send it back;

On form DS 156, do I need to affix my photo to this form in the designated place or should I just wait and bring the photos to the interview????

Also when can i send the checklist back? I have all of the docs except the medical. Do I have to wait untill this completed before I can send this off ?

I am also confused as to should i send the I 134 with the checklist or should just take it to th interview?

Chris,

Don't affix the pics to the DS-156... the consular officer will do that during your interview.

If you have your medical scheduled and or you plan to have it done well before your interview date then I'd say you're good to go sending the checklist back now. Worst case scenario you attend the interview without having had your medical results back. They would do the interview but hold off on an approval until the medical results had been received.

The I-134 gets taken to the interview with you. Don't send that back with your complated packet 3 docs !!
